RETURN POLICY

* Return/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to do return/exchange, please contact us immediately for Return Authorization Notice # and instruction. We will not accept any return/exchange without this RAN #. The package must be returned to us within 3 days from receiving your RAN #. All returned items will be inspected before accepted and it must be in pre-sale condition. We do not accept any return which is used or damaged. Your exchange is one time only and 20% Restocking Fee will be charged for all return/exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for returning your package to us and all the shipping costs on exchange orders.

* Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please contact us immediately for Return Authorization Notice # and instruction. You must receive Return Authorization Notice # from us for all refund and the package must be returned to us within 3 days from receiving your RAN #. All returned items will be inspected before accepted and it must be in pre-sale condition. We do not accept any return which is used or damaged. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all original tags attached in original packaging. A 40% Restocking Fee will be automatically deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
